Bob Evans has just announced that they are partnering up with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute to debut the new Fish Fry Menu.
Coming just in time for the Lenten Season, this new menu is going to bring a variety of different seafood options for customers to try. Some of which includes the new Fish Fry Platter, Fish Fry Sandwich and more!
The new items will officially go on the menu starting today and can be found at all participating locations nationwide for a limited time only.
And according to the brand, there will be four different varieties of food items for people to try.
Here is a description of all four items:
- Fish Fry Platter: Features three wild-caught fresh Alaska cod fillets that are covered in a light and flaky pub-style batter. It is paired with two thick-cut onion rings, dill tartar sauce and also a lemon wedge.
- Fish Fry Sandwich: Features a delicious sandwich that consists of two wild-caught fresh Alaska cod fillets that are covered in a light and flaky pub-style batter. It is also paired with some cabbage and dill tartar sauce before being put inside of a brioche bun. The sandwich also comes served with a side of crispy French fries and a lemon wedge.
- Fried Shrimp Dinner: Features eight pieces of shrimp that are fried till they are golden brown and served with a side of cocktail sauce. It is paired with two Farmhouse Sides, and also a freshly baked bread.
- Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets: Features two delicious wild-caught, mild white fish fillets that are seasoned with a mix of lemon and pepper. It is then seared and served with two Farmhouse Sides and also your choice of a freshly baked bread.
Fans wanting to get their hands on the new Fish Fry Menu items liked the Fish Fry Platter, Fish Fry Sandwich and more can do so by simply visiting any participating location nationwide for a limited time only.
