Del Taco has just announced that they are debuting a new item to their menu being the new Shredded Beef Birria for everyone to try.
The new item is being launched nationwide starting today and is available at all participating location nationwide.
And according to Del Taco, the new Shredded Beef Birria is going to be made into three different varieties for people to try. They include the Shredded Beef Birria Taco, Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla, and also the Shredded Beef Birria Ramen.
Del Taco’s new Shredded Beef Birria features shredded beef that is braised for 2 1/2 hours and seasoned with traditional spices and chile peppers.
Here is a description of the three 3 varieties they are debuting:
- Two Shredded Beef Birria Tacos with consomé dip ($8.59): Fresh house-grated cheddar cheese, melted between two fresh grilled corn tortillas, filled with tender and savory shredded beef birria, topped with diced onions and chopped cilantro. Served with two fresh-cut limes and a side of consomé for dipping.
- Shredded Beef Birria Quesadilla with consomé dip ($6.79): Savory shredded beef birria, fresh house-grated cheddar cheese and tangy green sauce folded into a flour tortilla and flat grilled. Served with a side of consomé for dipping.
- Shredded Beef Birria Ramen ($5.79): A hearty serving of the brand’s signature beef broth consomé with fresh wavy ramen noodles, tender and savory shredded beef birria topped with diced onions and chopped cilantro, and a fresh-cut lime wedge.
Fans wanting to try out the new Shredded Beef Birria from Del Taco can go to any participating location nationwide for a limited time only.
