Insomnia has just announced that they are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by offering some St. Patrick’s Day Themed Cookies for everyone to try.
The new cookies will officially be on the menu starting today and can be found at all participating locations nationwide for a limited time until March 25, 2024.
And according to the brand, there will be a total of three special cookies being offered as part of the St. Patrick’s Day Collection.
They include the following:
- Irish Potato Classic: Features a classic Snickerdoodle dough that is filled with coconut flakes and cream cheese chips, It is made from an inspiration by the traditional Philadelphia Irish Potato Candy.
- Pot ‘O Gold Lil’ Dipper: Features twelve mini classic cookies that are paired with some sweet buttercream or cream cheese icing. It is then sprinkled with some edible gold dust for a special St. Paddy’s Day flare.
- Pot ‘O Gold Big Dipper: Features four of your favorite Classic cookies that are paired with sweet buttercream or cream cheese icing. It is topped off with some edible gold dust for a spescial St. Paddy’s Day flare.
Fans wanting to get their hands on the new St. Patrick’s Day themed cookies can do so by simply visiting any participating location nationwide for a limited time only until March 25, 2024.
