Jeni’s Ice Creams has just announced that they are adding a new flavor of ice cream to their menu being the new Sweet Potato Marshmallow Brulee Ice Cream.
The new flavor comes just in time for the Fall 2023 Season and will be available at all participating locations nationwide.
Jeni’s new Sweet Potato Marshmallow Brulee Ice Cream features roasted sweet potatoes with nutmeg, cinnamon, marshmallow sweet cream, and cracked sugar candy.
According to Jeni’s Website, they start with fresh sweet potatoes. Roast them until they’re creamy and slightly caramelized. And then blend them with Vietnamese cinnamon, nutmeg, grass-grazed milk, and cream. For a light and sweeter contrast, they swirl that cream with a bright and almost candy-like marshmallow cream, with notes of vanilla. Burnt sugar pieces add a beautiful, caramelized sugar flavor to every bite.
Currently, the price for a pint is listed at $12.00 (Price may vary by location). Customers can also get scoops if they want by visiting Jeni’s scoop shops.
