KFC has just announced that they are teaming up with PepsiCo’s new lemon-lime flavored soda “Starry” for the relaunch of the popular Jamal Murray Meal for everyone to try.
Available only or through the Mobile app only, the Jamal Murray Meal is available from October 19, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
KFC’s Jamal Murray Meal features 12 KFC Nuggets hand-breaded in Original Recipe paired with a medium Starry. The meal also includes Secret Recipe Fries, a biscuit, and Jamal’s favorite dipping sauces: Buffalo Ranch and Classic Ranch.
Alongside that, KFC is also offering 27 Leather Jackets to select fans, which is a homage to Jamal’s Jersey Number from the NBA.
To be eligible to win one of the 27 Leather Jackets, fans will need to go to the NTWRK App, and pay a refundable $1, and be the first to enter their information. The Leather Jackets is offered on a first-come, first-served basis specifically on October 26, 2023 when they are during a livestream episode at 5:00pm PT / 8:00pm ET.
According to KFC, the 27 Leather Jackets will incorporate color pops of KFC Signature Red as well as PepsiCo’s Starry Bright Yellow and Lime Green. It also features a racer design, “Champ” and “Jamal Murray WorldWide” patches, and Jamal’s signature double arrow logomark as well as many other decals and emblems. It will also have a numbered edition label and Colonel Sanders embroidery on it as well.
Note: Two lucky fans will be able to receive an autographed version of one of the 27 Leather Jackets.
Additionally, an autographed set of three enamel pins featuring STARRY brand characters, Lem dunking a #27 basketball, and Lime dribbling a #27 basketball, along with a Blue Arrow pin, a subtle nod to Jamal Murray’s nickname and signature celebration, are being released along with the jacket.
All of which will be available on the NTWRK App, which is a livestream platform for shopping and bringing people closer to products.
Fans wanting to get their hands on the returning Jamal Murray Meal can simply head to any participating KFC location nationwide starting on October 19 through December 31, 2023. As for the jacket, you’ll need to tune in to the livestream on NTWRK on October 26, 2023.
