McDonalds has just announced that it is debuting two new sauces which will be coming on October 9, 2023, and they will be the new Mambo Sauce and the new Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce.
Here is a closer look at both the sauces:
- Mambo Sauce: Features a tomato-based, sweet, spicy and vinegary sauce inspired by the regional Washington, D.C. area sauce staple.
- Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce: Features a jammy red pepper sauce with a tongue-numbing Szechuan peppercorn kick and extra heat from cayenne pepper – finished with apple cider vinegar.
McDonalds has even listed some recommended pairings for the sauce.
For instance, the new Mambo Sauce, would pair great with the Quarter Pounder With Cheese, Hash Browns, Chicken Nuggets, McCrispy, World Famous Fries.
Or the Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce, would pair great with Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Hash Browns, Chicken McNuggets, McCrispy, World Famous Fries.
Both sauces will be available on October 9, 2023 for customers to enjoy.
Fans wanting to get their hands on either the new Mambo Sauce or the new Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce can do so by visiting any participating McDonalds location nationwide starting on October 9, 2023.
