McDonalds has just announced today that it is releasing one of the biggest meal sets yet for people to try. This new meal set is called the “As Featured In Meal“, and will feature McDonald foods famously found in movies, television shows, and songs.
Called the “The As Featured In Meal“, it is McDonalds latest creation into meal sets which will be released on August 14, 2023. This new meal set will be offered all around the world and will even have special merch and experiences for people to enjoy.
For instance, the main driving point of the meal set is what foods it contains.
When customers order “The As Featured In Meal“, they will be able to choose from either a 10-Piece Chicken McNuggets, Quarter Pounder With Cheese, or Big Mac Sandwich. The meal also comes with a medium size World Famous Fries, and a medium soft drink. But not only that, the meal will also come with a newly branded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce’.
The newly branded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce was a creation inspired by Loki Season 2, in which McDonalds made a brief appearance. No information has been released as to whether or not the sauce will taste anything different or if its just a simple rebrand of the packaging.
But one thing we do know is that everyone will be trying to get their hands on it.
After all, McDonalds food items has famously appeared in many movies, shows and songs throughout the years. To name a few, they include:

Asides from the “As Featured In Meal” at McDonalds, they are also partnering with PALACE – a London based skate and streetwear brand that has featured McDonald’s in many celebrated skate videos. They have created the PALACE McDonald’s merch line for people to buy.
And starting on August 14, 2023, any customers who buy the “As Featured In Meal” can scan a code on the packaging to purchase items from the collab. PALACE is also doing a special popup event on August 18, which will be taking over the very-first McDonalds restaurant in America (Downey, CA (10207 Lakewood Blvd, CA)), in which they will allow customers to buy merch as well.
But that’s not all!
Because McDonalds has a special role in the new upcoming “Loki” Season 2 by Marvel Studios, they are also doing a special treat where customers who buy the new meal and scan the newly branded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce lid on Snapchat, they will be able to unlock an exclusive content made from Marvel Studios. And new content will be available weekly throughout the promotion of the meal.
Fans wanting to get their hands on “The As Featured In Meal” can do so by visiting any participating McDonalds locations worldwide whether its in-store or at the drive-thru starting on August 14, 2023 to get the new meal.
