McDonald’s has just announced a major partnership with Krispy Kreme where they will be offering their doughnuts inside of their restaurants nationwide for everyone to try.
According to the company, the full availability of these doughnuts appearing in the restaurants will come by the end of 2026. So it is still a bit early, but rest assured that once they come, fans from all over the country will be able to enjoy them at all participating locations.
McDonald’s has also announced that they will be featuring three of Krispy Kreme’s most popular doughnuts. They can be enjoyed in either boxes of six or as individual items.
Here are the description of all three varieties:
- Original Glazed Doughnut: Features Krispy Kreme’s signature doughnut that is soft and fluffy and covered in a nice sugary glaze.
- Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled Doughnut: Features Krispy Kreme’s light and fluffy doughnut that is filled with a smooth kreme on the inside and is covered with a chocolate icing.
- Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles Doughnut: Features Krispy Kreme’s popular fluffy doughnut that is covered in a chocolate icing and also topped with some rainbow sprinkles.
This partnership was made possible with the aftermath of a successful test run where McDonald’s has sold Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in around 160 test locations in the area of Kentucky. Because of how successful it was, they are now bringing this nationwide for everyone to enjoy.
Since it is still early at this time, more details will be released by both McDonald’s and also Krispy Kreme in the coming months. And when more news becomes available, you can rest assured we here at Food Senpai will keep you covered!
