O'Charley's Debuts New Hook, Line & Southern Menu For 2024

O’Charley’s has just announced that they are debuting a brand new menu called the Hook, Line & Southern Menu for everyone to try. This new menu is suppose to provide more seafood choices that features a Southern flare.

The new menu is officially going to be available starting today and can be found at all participating locations nationwide for a limited time until March 31, 2024.

Here are some of the new standout additions that you can find on the menu:

  • Lobster Quesadilla: Features a flour tortilla that is stuffed with lobster, alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon and diced tomatoes. It is paired with a side of sour cream and salsa for dipping.
  • Lobster & Shrimp Scampi: Features delicious shrimp and linguini sauteed in the brands scampi sauce with garlic butter. It is then topped with lobster and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  • Blackened Rainbow Trout: Features a mild whitefish that is seasoned with the brands Cajun spices and served with your choice of two sides.
  • Chocolate Cake: Features four layers of decadent chocolate cake. With a rich chocolatey frosting that is topped with chocolate shavings.

Additional Add On:

  • Lobster Topper: Allows you to top any of their steaks or seafood entrees with a premium lobster and garlic butter.

Meanwhile, the rest of the menu includes the following items:

  • Shrimp & Stuffed Crab: Features a buttermilk-fried shrimp and stuffed crab that is served with cocktail and tartar sauces for dipping.
  • Seafood Combo Platter: Features a beautiful Atlantic cod, buttermilk-fried shrimp and stuffed crab. It is being paired up with some fries, coleslaw, tartar and cocktail sauces.
  • Cedar Plank Salmon: Features a 9-oz Atlantic salmon fillet that is seasoned with lemon pepper and cooked and served on a cedar plank. It is also served with your choice of two sides.
  • Bayou Shrimp Pasta: Features sauteed shrimp, red and green peppers, tomatoes and onions that are tossed in the brands Cajun Alfredo sauce and linguini.
  • Hand-Battered Fish & Chips: Features hand-battered Atlantic cod that is paired up with a side of fries and tartar sauce for dipping.
  • California Salmon Salad: Features a grilled salmon fillet that is paired up with bleu cheese crumbles, candied pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges and dried cranberries. It is also drizzled with some balsamic vinaigrette for extra flavor.

Fans wanting to try the new Hook, Line and Southern Menu as well as its new or returning items can do so by simply visiting any participating location nationwide starting today for a limited time only until March 31, 2024.
