Panera Bread has just announced that they are starting a new era at their company by Revamping Their Menu to focus on the special core items that many customers love. These will include over 20 menu updates, featuring nine new additional items being added to the menu as well as enhancing twelve classic favorites.
According to the brand, the new menu is suppose to debut officially on April 4, 2024 and can be found at all participating locations nationwide.
This new menu will focus specifically on the culinary staples that many customers love which includes: Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, and Mac & Cheese. Additionally, there will be a variety of new entrees that are priced under $10 dollars. Some of which includes the Tomato Basil BLT, Ranch Cobb Salad and also the Mediterranean Greens with Grains. And what’s great is that the chain promises to give bigger and more generous portions of meat with each item.
Currently, Panera has announced that there will be four new additions of sandwiches coming to the menu: Toasted Italiano, Chicken Bacon Rancher, Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and Tomato Basil BLT.
And as for the salads, there will also be four additions being: Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains, Southwest Chicken Ranch, Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains, and Ranch Cobb Salad.
Also, they are going to have a new version of Mac & Cheese being the Bacon Mac & Cheese for people to try.

Here are the four variety of Sandwiches:
- Toasted Italiano: Features Black Forest ham, soppressata and provolone, romaine, red onion, sliced pepperoncini peppers, garlic aioli, and Greek dressing all on Panera’s famous toasted French Baguette.
- Chicken Bacon Rancher: Features Grilled Chicken, applewood smoked bacon, aged white cheddar and n ranch dressing on the brand’s popular Black Pepper Focaccia.
- Ciabatta Cheesesteak: Features delicious marinated sliced steak, provolone, garlic aioli, caramelized onions and zesty sweet Peppadew peppers all on a fresh Ciabatta.
- Tomato Basil BLT: Features applewood smoked bacon, mixed greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic aioli, salt and pepper all put on a tomato Basil Miche.
Here are the four variety of Salads:
- Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains: Features a mix of romaine and crisp mixed greens that are combined with some Greek Dressing. It’s then topped with hearty whole grain blend of farro & red rice, grilled chicken, hummus, feta, red onions, sweet Peppadew peppers, sliced cucumbers and also a dusting of Panera’s Mediterranean shawarma seasoning.
- Southwest Chicken Ranch: Features romaine that is combined with some ranch dressing and grilled chicken, topped off with some fresh avocado, grape tomatoes, fire-grilled corn, cilantro, blue corn tortilla strips and also a drizzle of chipotle aioli.
- Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains: Features a combination of romaine and mixed greens that are tossed in some balsamic vinaigrette. It’s paired with some hearty and whole grain blend of farro & red rice, sliced cucumbers, sliced pepperoncini, fresh avocado, feta and pumpkin seeds. Also has a drizzle of Green Goddess dressing for extra flavor.
- Ranch Cobb Salad: Features a mix of romaine and mixed greens that are tossed in some ranch dressing. It’s paired with grape tomatoes, pickled red onions, applewood-smoked bacon, feta and a hard boiled egg.
And here is the new Mac & Cheese:
- Bacon Mac & Cheese: Features tender shell pasta that is combined with a mix of rich cheeses like their tangy aged white cheddar sauce. It’s also topped off with some applewood smoked bacon.
