Pei Wei has just announced that they are going to be teaming up with celebrity chef “Jet Tila” and debuting two new items being the Firecracker Shrimp and also the new Salmon Poke Bowl.
According to the brand, both new items will officially go on the menu starting today and can be found at all participating locations nationwide for a limited time only.
Pei Wei’s new Firecracker Shrimp features large crispy shrimp that is wok-tossed with some sweet and spicy Firecracker sauce, and then topped off with some scallions.
Meanwhile, the new Salmon Poke Bowl features the Ahi Poke Bowl that was previously offered at Pei Wei, but this time has been altered with some of Jet Tila’s personal touches. For instance, now it features a combination of Honey-Ginger that is marinated Salmon Poke, scallions, cucumbers, pickled ginger, crispy onions, and cilantro. It is served over a bed of mixed greens and sushi rice while also being topped off with the brand’s Yum Yum Sauce.
As for the price, currently customers are able to find Pei Wei listing the items at a suggested price of around $12.99 for the Firecracker Shrimp while the Salmon Poke Bowl is being listed at around $11.99. (Price may vary by location)
Fans wanting to get their hands on either one of the new items like the Firecracker Shrimp or Salmon Poke Bowl can do so by simply visiting any participating location nationwide for a limited time only.
