Popeyes has just announced that they are offering a new promotion called the “Wings for Wings” where they will be giving out Free Wings if any football team that has wings in its name, logo or on its mascot wins the next Super Bowl for 2024.
The new promotion basically takes effect on February 11, 2024 when the Super Bowl LVIII occurs, and will depend on whichever team that has wings in their branding actually wins the Super Bowl or not. Basically, you’ll have to be rooting for either Baltimore, Philadelphia or even Buffalo to win in order to get this promotion.
And if one of those three teams win, then customers will be able to get a Free 6-Piece order of wings. And it will be redeemable on Fat Tuesday which is held on February 13, 2024. This is their way of paying respect back to their New Orleans heritage.
As you know, currently Popeyes has started to offer Wings permanently and they have five flavors so far:
- Ghost Pepper
- Sweet ‘N Spicy
- Honey BBQ
- Roasted Garlic Parmesan
- Signature Hot
Popeyes Wings are made by marinating the chicken in unique Popeyes spices that helps add extra flavor and juiciness. Then they are hand-battered, breaded then cooked until they are crispy on the outside while being juicy on the inside.
Typically customers can get a 6-Piece Wing a la carte for around $5.99, 12-Piece Wing a la carte for around $11.89, and also 24-Piece Wings for around $23.69.
Fans wanting to get in on this new “Wings for Wings” promotion can do so by rooting for any one of these teams (Baltimore, Philadelphia or Buffalo) to win the Super Bowl LVIII. Because if one of these three teams win then everyone will be able to get Free 6-Piece Wings on Fat Tuesday February 13, 2024.
