Popeyes has just announced that they have officially partnered with TRUFF and debuted the new Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich for everyone to try.
The new sandwich can be found at all participating Popeyes locations nationwide for a limited time only.
Currently, you can get the new Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich in 4 different varieties.
Here is a description of all four sandwiches:
- Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich: Features TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo combined with Popeyes classic chicken filet and served between two toasted brioche buns, topped with barrel cured pickle slices.
- Spicy TRUFF Blackened Chicken Sandwich: Features TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo combined with Popeyes juicy filet which is fried to perfection without the breading, and served on a toasted brioche bun with crisp pickles.
- Spicy TRUFF Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich: Features TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo combined with Popeyes classic chicken filet served between two buttery toasted brioche buns, topped with their barrel cured pickle slices, Harvarti cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon.
- Spicy TRUFF Blackened Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich: Features TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo combined with Popeyes juicy filet which is fried to perfection without the breading, served on a toasted brioche bun with crisp pickles, Havarti cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon.
According to Popeyes, the red jalapeno brings a nice kick, balancing with the richness of the mayo and the depth of black winter truffle to every Popeyes Sandwich.
As for the price, currently Popeyes has it listed as $9.99 for the Spicy TRUFF Chicken Sandwich, $10.29 for the Spicy TRUFF Blackened Chicken Sandwich, $11.49 for the Spicy TRUFF Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich, $11.49 for the Spicy TRUFF Blackened Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich.
Asides from that, Popeyes has also created the “Build Your Own TRUFF menu“, which customers can find on the Mobile App or the official website. This allows customers to build their own creation of items featuring the new TRUFF’s Spicy Mayo.
