Dominos has a new stuffed cheesy bread variety?
You know we here at Food Senpai have to try!
After all, Dominos Stuffed Cheesy Breads are one of the best things ever. They are flavorful, have the perfect texture, and is also being sold at a decent price.
So when we heard they have a new variety being the new Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread, we were excited!
Just thinking of a stuffed cheesy bread with a bunch of pepperoni inside is already making me want it more and more.
So with that being said, lets go get the food!
Buying The Food
Buying the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread was actually a pretty simple thing to do.
I drove my car to the nearest Dominos location and went inside asking the person in charge if they had the new Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread in stock.
And sure enough, they did!
So I was going to place my order for when, until I saw that they had a mix and match type of deal, where I can choose any 2 or more items for only $6.99, which included the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread.
Being as how that deal made it seem so much better, I opted for it.
So instead of one Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread, I got two!
And to pair it up with it, I got a side of ranch as well.
Total price I paid for 2 Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread was around $17.06.
And in honesty, I think that was a really good price considering how much food that stuffed cheesy bread provides.
After waiting about 10 minutes since ordering, my food came and it smelled so good.
I can’t wait any longer, so lets get started with the review!
What Does It Look Like
The Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread came in a long cardboard box which was fairly standard for something like this.
After opening it up, I saw in all its glory the beautiful cheesy bread.
They cooked it to perfection.
Immediately, you could get a whiff of the parmesan cheese and garlic they brushed on top, and the cheese looked perfectly melted all over.
The bread itself also looked like and crisp on the outer edge.
As for the pepperoni, since it was stuffed you couldn’t really see it, but hopefully it was inside and they didn’t make it wrong.
The cheesy bread was cooked in a way where they cut it up into 8 slices, or I should probably say…you could pull it apart into 8 slices.
It was a good portion.
Either way, I was hungry, so now lets go give it a try.
What Did It Taste Like
Immediately after taking the first bite, I was in heaven.
It was the exact same stuffed cheesy bread that I remembered trying before, but much more flavorful.
The cheese itself was cheesy and gooey, perfectly melted, and kind of gave a stringy pull sensation which was absolutely a delight to see.
The bread itself was crispy on the outer edge, while inside was soft and fluffy with a nice savory feel. And because it had parmesan on top, it also gave a bit of a salty sensation too.
Not to mention, the garlic aroma and taste just made it even better in all aspects.
But that’s not what we’re here for.
We’re here for the stuffed pepperoni, and sure enough there was a good amount of pepperoni inside.
For the one stick I pulled apart to see, the inside had at least 4 pieces of Pepperoni.
It was a good amount to have as it wasn’t overly crowded, but just enough where each bite you can get a good flavorful bite of both the pepperoni and cheesy bread.
The pepperoni itself was slightly crisp but had a lot of seasonings on it. In my opinion, it kind of had an Italian flare going around which was nice. It also had a nice little kick which made the flavor even better.
And once you combine it with the cheesy bread, the oils of the pepperoni seeps around and makes everything so much better.
This was definitely a great creation at Dominos, and one I highly approve of.
And lastly, we can’t forget about the marinara sauce.
Once I dipped the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread into the marinara sauce, it added even more flavors to the already really good cheesy bread.
It actually made it feel like I was eating a pizza. With the cheesy bread acting like a crust with a cheesy top, once you pair it up with the marinara, it literally made it feel like I was eating a proper pepperoni pizza.
Sauce itself was seasoned well, with a good tomato flavor that wasn’t overpowering. Slight bit of oil for that finishing touch, it was good.
I can definitely see myself coming back for more and more.
How Can It Be Improved
In my opinion, I think the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread is already really good.
But if I were to make any changes, I would like to see a bit more of a spice.
Maybe add some Jalapenos or something to give it that spicy kick which would be great.
But other than that, the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread had everything it needed. A good crust, a soft and fluffy inside with a bunch of pepperoni. As well as the parmesan dusting and garlic brushings, it was good enough.
I think this is one item will be a favorite among many customers who try it.
Overall Thoughts
At the end of the day, the new Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread from Dominos is a great item to have.
They created something that tastes really flavorful at a decent price.
Plus, once you paired it up with the marinara sauce, it made it so much better.
Hopefully they make this a permanent item and not just a limited time thing.
Either way, it was great.
