Little Caesars has just debuted the new 4-Quarter Calzony for people to try.
And me being me, you know I just had to try!
I saw online a picture of what the 4-Quarter Calzony looks like and honestly it reminded me of the Batman Calzony or the other Calzonys that they made years ago.
The only difference is that each corner of the 4-Quarter Calzony had a different meat options.
Either way, it looked good so I wanted to try it.
So lets get on with this review!
Buying The Food
After hearing the news, I got in my car and drove to the nearest Little Caesars location nearest me.
And I don’t know about you, but the Little Caesars in my city are always packed with so many people.
I had to wait in a long line which took about 20 minutes before I could even get to the front of the counter.
But once I was at the front, I placed my order for the 4-Quarter Calzony.
The price was actually pretty decent as it came to around $8.99 before tax. Which in my opinion, was pretty cheap as it also came with a dipping sauce. Not to mention the pizza itself was also a large.
The only downside is that, because the Little Caesars is super popular, they were kind of backed up.
I had to wait almost 40 minutes before I got my pizza, which was a long time, but hopefully it was worth it.
Once they called my name, I grabbed my 4-Quarter Calzony, and I have to tell you, that box is super hot!
But anyways, it’s time to get in on this review.
What Does It Look Like
The 4-Quarter Calzony came in a special white box which mentioned that Little Caesars was the official sponsor of the NFL, which was pretty cool.
I opened the box, and immediately was blasted with a strong delicious smell of Pizza.
And once my eyes locked onto the Calzony, I had to say it looked beautiful.
There was so many kinds of meats all around the pizza and it looked so good.
In the center of the Calzony, you could see all the meats combined. Pepperoni, Bacon, Ham, Italian Sausage all intwined together for that beautiful look. Then at the corners of the Calzony, you had each corner containing one of the 4 meats listed earlier.
Plus, all over the 4-Quarter Calzony, you could see a generous dusting of Garlic Parmesan Cheese which gave off a subtle garlicy aroma which was nice.
I couldn’t wait anymore, it looked too good.

What Did It Taste Like
I grabbed one corner of the Calzony, and noticed it pulled apart really easily.
The 4-Quarter Calzony is basically a large pizza that has 8 different slices.
I grabbed a corner that had the Bacon meats on it and I had to say, it was LOADED with bacon. I thought Little Caesars was going to be stingy and not put a lot of meat, but I was wrong.
Each slice had so much meat on it that I was pleasantly surprised.
I took one bite, and it tasted really good.
Depending on where you start, you can either start from the bottom which had all four meats together, or the top which had one of the 4 toppings.
I started at the bottom and got every single meat in one bite. It felt like I was eating a Meat Lovers Pizza.
Nice savory feel while the meats were tender, soft and juicy.
Cheese was also nicely melted as each bite I took, you could see a good cheese pull coming to life.
Plus, the addition of the Parmesan and Garlic gave it a nice pungent kick as well as a bit of a salty sensation which didn’t overwhelm the pizza.
It was great.
I also took a bite out of the end which had only the bacon bits, and it was great too. Good amounts of bacon in each bite, and the crust it self was slightly crispy while being soft on the inside.
Now it’s time to pair it up with the marinara sauce.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the marinara sauce they give you was super cold.
I wish it was heated up a bit, but either way once I dipped the slice of Calzony into it and took a bite. It felt delicious.
The marinara sauce gave the entire pizza a more wet bite. You could taste the tomato essence in the sauce as well as the zesty seasonings used inside. It was a great pairing.
It’s basically like eating a regular pizza once you paired it up with the sauce.
Because the 4-Quarter Calzony didn’t have much sauce in general, so having an extra dipping sauce of Marinara definitely did help it quite a bit.
Either way, this was a great item to have.
If you love meat lovers pizza then you should probably try this item as well since it’s really similar.
How Can It Be Improved
The 4-Quarter Calzony in general is a pretty decent pizza to try.
However, I would like to see the options of having different toppings on it.
Sure having 4 different types of meat is nice, but sometimes I just want it to be simple like just plain cheese. or Maybe just pepperoni with pineapples?
If Little Caesars gave us some sort of way to customize the 4-Quarter Calzony, I’m sure it would be a hot seller.
Overall Thoughts
With that being said, Little Caesars 4-Quarter Calzony is a pretty good item to have.
It’s super meat heavy so you might be getting the meat sweats later on the day, but if you love your meats, then this is definitely something you might want to try.
Plus, it’s really cheap at only $8.99 before tax for basically a large size pizza in a Calzony form, so it’s worth it in my opinion.
