Ruby Tuesday has just announced they are debuting a new Premium Steaks & BBQ Menu for people to try. This menu even features the new Baby-Back Rib Trio and more.
The new Premium Steaks & BBQ Menu is available for a limited time only at all Ruby Tuesday locations.
Here is a look at all the new items:
- Baby-Back Rib Trio: A trio of ribs with classic BBQ, BBQ dry rub, and sticky ribs flash-fried in hickory bourbon sauce. Served with Texas toast and french fries.
- 16-oz Bone-in Rib Eye: Premium-cut Choice Bone-In Rib Eye. Served with a baked potato.
- 16-oz T-Bone: 16 oz premium-cut Choice T-Bone. Served with a baked potato.
- 12-oz New York Center-Cut Strip: 12 oz center-cut strip served with a baked potato.
- Rib Eye, Ribs & Crispy Shrimp Combo: 6 oz ribeye, half-rack of baby-back ribs, and crispy shrimp. Served with fries.
- New Ultimate Southern BLT: Sliced brisket, lettuce, tomato, and our signature sauce, topped with BBQ fried pickles on Texas toast. Served with french fries, BBQ
- New Ultimate Pulled Pork: Pulled pork, cheddar, and classic BBQ sauce, topped with BBQ fried pickles and a drizzle of ranch on a toasted hoagie. Served with french fries.
- New BBQ Fried Pickles: Crispy dill pickle slices tossed in BBQ seasoning. Served with house-made ranch.
- New BBQ Cheese Bites: Fried cheese curds tossed in BBQ seasoning. Served with house-made ranch.
- New Lemon Cream Cake: Lemon cake with decadent cream filling.
