Taco Bell is celebrating the win on “Taco Tuesday” trademark that was held by Taco John’s for so long, and is giving away free Doritos Locos Tacos on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
The trademark “Taco Tuesday” was originally held by Taco John for decades, and Taco Bell has been trying to hard to get them to drop the trademark. And fortunately for them, a few weeks ago Taco John finally gave in and decided to drop the trademark and allow everyone to use it.
Because of this, Taco Bell is giving away a free Doritos Locos Tacos each Tuesday for a limited time only. The first of which, comes on August 15, 2023.
The Doritos Locos Taco features a nacho cheese-flavored taco shell filled with seasoned beef, lettuce and tomato and shredded cheese.
And in order for customers to take advantage of this amazing deal, they just need to visit any participating Taco Bell nationwide and simply ask for the free Doritos Locos Taco. No purchase is necessary to redeem this offer.
