New CEO New Changes

You might have seen on the news that Red Lobster has been in some trouble lately. That’s mostly because they have been losing money throughout the years for quite some time.

And you might be wondering why?

Well, there’s actually many reasons as to what led to this, but one of the things involves the All You Can Eat Shrimp Deal they had last year. This promotion was a disaster and was just one of the many catalysts that led to their downfall.

Fortunately, the brand has decided to turn things around by bringing in a New CEO. Damola Adamolekun, who is the youngest CEO in Red Lobsters history, previously was the CEO for another famous chain called P.F. Changs.

With this new change, he brings in a much needed air that understands the current generation. After all, he promises to turn things around and is committed to the future success of the brand.

And you can already see the changes happen.

Immediately after taking the reigns, he already made many changes to the brand to hopefully bring in more people to dine at the restaurant. Whether this pays off or not is still too early to tell, but let’s all hope for the best.

Food Senpai Thoughts

Crabfest is one of our favorite times of the year, since we can enjoy a bunch of different dishes featuring crab.

And with the new changes coming along, we are excited to try it. Most especially is the Seafood Boils. Hopefully we can bring out a review on these soon as we are sure they are going to be a hit with the crowd.
