Every few months, IHOP always adds something new to their menu. Most of the time, it’s a new pancake. And this time around, they done it again by adding the new Coffee Cake Pancakes to the menu.
The new Coffee Cake Pancakes features the brands signature fluffy stacks that are recreated with a coffee-house twist. Warm spicy notes, tender crumb, and a buttery streusel crunch that will make you crave for more.
Coming in stacks of two or four buttermilk pancakes, they are stuffed with cinnamon streusel, layered with cinnamon spread, and finished off with some cream cheese icing. Then even more streusel and whipped topping is added on top.
The starting suggested price is for $5.99 if you get it a la carte. But you can even get in in a combo with two bacon strips or two pork sausage links, two eggs any style, and hash browns for $10.99.

What Else Is New At IHOP
The Fall season is upon us, which is why it might be time to try some pumpkin! And what better way than to try the famous Pumpkin Spice Pancakes from IHOP.
Brought back to the menu a few weeks ago, the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes features real pumpkin and seasonal spices inside of the pancakes before being crowned with creamy whipped topping.
Customers are able to get it in a short stack of two pancakes or a full stack of four pancakes.
Ready For Halloween?
Besides IHOP, you might be interested to know that Jack In The Box has just come out with its new Monster-Sized Halloween Menu for everyone to try.
The new menu is officially out and features Monster Tacos, Mozzarella Sticks, Monster Churros, and even a special Halloween Cup.
- 2 Monster Tacos: Two of Jack’s terrifyingly delicious Monster Tacos, topped off with Melty American cheese, shredded lettuce and taco sauce. It is Monster-sized and scarily good.
- Monster Mozzarella Stick: Features a 6″ crispy, golden, and monstrously melty mozzarella stick that is served with two Marinara dip cups. Scary good for a Spooky Season.
- Monster Churro: Features a 10″ golden fried churro that is filled with a cinnamon sugar cream filling. It is then covered in some more cinnamon sugar. Boo who? Not You!
- Special Halloween-Cup: Limited-Edition color-changing Halloween Cup that is only available with the purchase of a meal.
This new menu runs officially from September 18 through November 2, 2025.
K-pop Meets Jollibee
If you haven’t noticed, K-pop has been making waves all throughout the world with it’s amazing songs and great styles. Which is why it’s no surprise to see Jollibee teaming up with a group to dazzle the crowd.
Debuting this week, Jollibee has officially teamed up with Mega Stars “KATSEYE” to create the new Korean BBQ Flavor Chicken. After all, Jollibee is famously known for their fried chicken, so seeing a new creation with a Korean BBQ Flavor totally makes sense.
Currently, there are two new items that fans can try:
- KATSEYE Special Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich: Features a toasted brioche bun and topped with fresh cucumber slices, thinly sliced red onion and cilantro, and has the brands signature chicken covered in a soy glaze and gochujang sauce.
- Korean BBQ Chicken: For those wanting the bone-in versions, the KATSEYE Special Korean BBQ Fried Chicken also offers the same signature crispy and juicy fried chicken that the brand is known for covered in the delicious Korean BBQ Sauce.
Few weeks prior to this announcement, Jollibee even had merch with KATSEYE that they were selling. And in astonishing fashion, everything was sold out in a matter of hours. Which is why it’s expected that these new flavors will be highly sought after.
Do note that since this is a highly popular collaboration, many Jollibee locations are starting to sell out. So if you are wanting to try some, do go fast before its gone.
No idea as to how long this collaboration will be in effect, but we expect it to only last a few weeks.

And here at Food Senpai, we are huge fans of IHOP Pancakes. Especially when they create seasonal or limited-time flavors because they are just so delicious. Now we probably won’t go out of our way to do a review on these, but we definitely will give it a try.
Especially since it’s a coffee flavored pancake, it can definitely give us the wake up call that we really need each morning.
Either way, it’s a great new item that we are happy to see brought to the menu.
