White Castle has been making some waves recently with a variety of things that they are doing. And this week is even more spectacular as they have just debuted a few new items for people to try.
In fact, the famous family-owned fast food joint has created three new menu items that are releasing this week.
- BBQ Pulled Pork Slider: Featuring slow roasted pulled pork, smoked with all-natural hickory wood and blended with just the right amount of specially seasoned, sweet BBQ Sauce.
- Triple Cheese Tots: Featuring tater tots covered in cheddar, colby jack and mozzarella cheese.
- Pumpkin Latte Cheesecake: Featuring a rich, creamy cheesecake that is blended with cozy warmth of pumpkin spice and the bold kick of coffee. It’s finished with a graham cracker crust for just the right amount of flavor.
Fans from all over can find the items available starting today and will be available for a limited time only. No information has been said on how long these items will be available. But since its limited time only, we expect it to be around for a few weeks or so.
What Else To Try At White Castle
Being one of the most famous fast food companies in the nation, there are lots of different items for people to try.
- Crispy Chicken Deluxe Slider: Features tender, juicy all-white meat chicken, coated in a crispy buttermilk breading, American cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato and the new honeycomb mustard sauce.
- 1921 Slider: Features 100% beef patty, Seared and Seasoned, topped with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, roma tomato, lettuce and pickles. Inspired by the one that started it all!
- The Original Slider: It’s made with 100% beef, steam grilled on a bed of onions and served with a slice of pickle on our signature bun.
Let’s be honest, who can’t resist an “Original Slider”? After all, it has made waves all throughout the country and has even been a star item in the movie series “Harold and Kumar”.
White Castle X Heelys
While food may be the star here at White Castle, they actually recently partnered up with Mega Brand “Heelys” to create something cool.
In fact, both White Castle and Heelys has teamed up to create something playful and nostalgic, releasing a limited edition “Slider Riders” for people to try. This collaboration was to celebrate National Slider Day.
Currently, there are 2 different versions you can get costing around $75 a piece.
The mid-top sneakers are adorned with White Castle-themed graphics, including tiny burgers, fries, and drinks, and feature unique design elements like burger-shaped tongues and brick-patterned heels reminiscent of White Castle’s iconic buildings.
KATSEYE Teamed Up With Jollibee
In other news, Mega Group “KATSEYE” who has been making waves all around, has officially collaborated with Jollibee. Together, they are creating a brand new flavor for people to try. And it is available already in stores for everyone to try.
The new flavor that is debuting is the new Spicy Korean BBQ Flavor. And currently, they have created 2 items to pair with it:
- KATSEYE Special Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich: Features a toasted brioche bun and topped with fresh cucumber slices, thinly sliced red onion and cilantro, and has the brands signature chicken covered in a soy glaze and gochujang sauce.
- Korean BBQ Chicken: For those wanting the bone-in versions, the KATSEYE Special Korean BBQ Fried Chicken also offers the same signature crispy and juicy fried chicken that the brand is known for covered in the delicious Korean BBQ Sauce.
This is going to be one of the hottest collabs of the year.
After all, a few weeks ago they even released some merch together and from what we hear, it sold out in under 3 hours. So it’s to be expected that this new collaboration will also be a hit too.
If you’re wanting to try, make sure you go as soon and as early as possible because lines are going to be long. And you will also be waiting for quite a while or so they say.
Food Senpai Thoughts
We here at Food Senpai love White Castle. Although we don’t actually have a location available here in our city, we do love to visit it when we are traveling around.
Usually we would always order some cheese sliders as they are always delicious. But seeing as how they have some new menu items up for grabs. We might just have to go ahead and try it out.
The BBQ Pork Slider and also the Pumpkin Cheesecake calls out to us the most, and we can’t wait to try it. Unfortunately there won’t be a review for these items since they aren’t available in our city.
