Bojangles is coming into this Fall Season swinging by debuting the brand new Salted Caramel Apple Crisp to the menu. This new item brings in a warm, comforting touch of Southern flair for fans to enjoy.
The new Salted Caramel Apple Crisp is available starting now through the end of the year at all participating Bojangles locations nationwide.
The Salted Caramel Apple Crisp features a warm apple topping, cinnamon streusel and salted caramel. It is served over a Bojangles’ made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit. It’s the perfect combination of both sweet and salty that makes for a satisfying bite.
Currently it is available either a la carte or as a sweet add-on to any combo or family meal.
This newest addition is part of Bojangles growing efforts in trying to grow a seasonal sweet following. Some of the past desserts they have made includes things like Peach, Strawberry and Bo-Berry Cobblers. And this new Salted Caramel Apple Crisp continues that trend, offering fans everywhere a delicious grab-and-go fall option to enjoy.
What’s New At Bojangles
Aside from the new Salted Caramel Apple Crisp, the Bojangles Brand also has many other items that they recently released as well.
For instance, here is a closer look at some of the recently released items:
- Pork Chop Griller Biscuit: A tender pork chop, marinated and seared to perfection, served on a made-from-scratch Buttermilk Biscuit
- Cajun Filet and Bo-Rounds for $5: All white meat chicken breast marinated with a bold blend of seasonings and served on a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit, served with Bo-Tato Rounds.
- Pork Chop Grilled Biscuit Combo: A tender pork chop, marinated and seared to perfection, served on a made-from-scratch Buttermilk Biscuit. Served with Bo-Tato Rounds, coffee or medium drink.
- $5 after 5pm 2pc Dinner: 1 boldly seasoned leg, 1 boldly seasoned thigh, 1 home-style fixin’ and a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit.
With so many choices to choose from, Bojangles sounds like an amazing place to be at.
Chipotle’s Red Chimichurri Sauce
Chipotle has just announced that they are debuting a brand new sauce this week. And that is the new Red Chimichurri Sauce. It is a Chef-Driven Sauce that is said to complement any and all of their entrees.
The chimichurri sauce is made in-restaurant each day and is a new take on the classic and premium chimichurri that delivers tangy and bright flavor notes. It is accompanied by chili peppers and fresh hand-cut cilantro.
And what’s neat is that Nevielle Panthaky, Vice President of Culinary recommends three curated entrée pairings to enjoy with Red Chimichurri:
- Carne Asada Burrito
- White rice, black beans, Carne Asada, fresh tomato salsa, guac, cheese, romaine lettuce and Red Chimichurri
- Chicken Bowl
- White rice, black beans, chicken, roasted chili-corn salsa, guac, cheese and Red Chimichurri
- Sofritas Bowl
- Brown rice, pinto beans, Sofritas, fajita veggies, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, guac, romaine lettuce and Red Chimichurri
It will be available starting on Tuesday, September 30th for a limited time only.
Burger King’s Monster Menu Debuts This Week
The Halloween Season is coming up and Burger King is joining the fun by debuting the brand new Monster Menu.
This menu was specifically tailored to the Halloween Season and showcases fan-favorite items made in a spooky manner.
Here is a description of the items:
- Jack-O-Lantern Whopper: Flame-grilled beef with American cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles, ketchup and mayo. All put inside of an orange bun with black sesame seeds. Color comes from natural spices.
- Vampire Nuggets: Chicken nuggets that are shaped like fangs and bats. They are served inside of a coffin carton. Can be ordered either a la carte or in a King Jr. Meal.
- Mummy Mozzarella Fries: Breaded mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Comes packed inside of a limited-time mummy box.
- Franken-Candy Sundae: Vanilla soft serve with OREO crumbles, purple candy syrup and green-and purple popping candy.
Burger King’s Halloween Monster Menu will be available starting on September 30, 2025 at all participating locations nationwide.

Additionally, Burger King will be offering a special-edition King Jr. Meal which features Vampire Nuggets. This is the first King Jr. update in many years and also comes with a set of Scooby-Doo themed collectible toys. With the toys, kids are able to tackle mini ‘mysteries’ with the Scooby Gang while they chow down on the Monster Menu.
Thoughts From Food Senpai
Desserts are some of the best things you can ever get any any fast food restaurant. After all, it’s cheap, convenient and just tastes delicious.
While we here at Food Senpai haven’t really tried many Bojangles in our time (mostly because they aren’t near us). We still think that this is a pretty cool item to have. After all, who doesn’t love desserts.
And this new Salted Caramel Apple Crisp definitely got us excited.
